The renovation project started with a research study for the building’s upgrade with two additional floors, which would include three separate penthouses. Although the densification process wasn’t accepted by the co-owners, the redevelopment is advancing to its next phase concerning the building’s outer shell. Since the structure has suffered greatly from the locations’ high-pressure winds, its facade must be appropriately repaired and protected. Furthermore, the exterior has an outdated and grey look that will be improved with a lighter, more uniform palette, consisting of durable high-quality materials.
